The Continuing Education and Development center at the University of Basrah organized an online workshop on managing organizational conflict within the Rasana project.
The workshop, which is part of the middle management course, aims to familiarize the participants with the basic principles and concepts of conflict, methods of dealing with it, and knowledge of conflict strategies within organizations.
The workshop presented by Dr. Wamid Abdul-Zahra Khudair included the concept of conflict, the positive effects and negative results of the organizational conflict, the intellectual development of its study, its stages and levels, and strategies for resolving organizational conflict. Finally, trying to cite the Islamic experience according to an authentic and reputable approach, which in turn contributes to enriching the administrative literature in this field.
