In the presence of the President of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate in Basrah, Dr. Hussein Al-Eidani, and his deputy, Dr. Diaa Al-Fakiki, the President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, was honored for his good efforts, his academic and humanitarian personality, and his distinguished role in the advancement of the University of Basrah, modifying its scientific and educational path, and improving its academic and professional performance. Which became clearly visible through the university’s attainment of advanced ranks in scientific products, scientific research and other academic activities, and this is clearly evident through his work on spreading an atmosphere of reassurance and psychological comfort among the academics, his full support for all academic activities, listening to suggestions and academic suffering, overcoming difficulties and facilitating their scientific and educational affairs.
At the end of the honoring, the President of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate thanked and appreciated the great support extended by the President of the University of Basrah to the Academics Syndicate and for providing it with assistance without hesitation or delay due to his feeling of professional responsibility and the important role of the Syndicate.
