Dr. Muntaha Sabri Al-Mansoori, the instructor at the College of Education for Women at the University of Basrah, published a book entitled (The Moscow Summit 1974 and Its Impact on US-Soviet Relations, a Historical Study).
The book, which contains 150 pages, is divided into a preface and three chapters that shed light on the period of the US-Soviet international accord, which is considered one of the most important events in that era, especially as it had positive results for international relations in general, especially concerning agreements to limit strategic weapons, which was the cause of what is known as the Cold War.
The book indicated that the 1974 summit was a reason for holding other summits, especially concerning European security and strategic weapons, as well as highlighting the importance of the international accord period.
