The College of Law at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Schwlar Foundation, held a qualitative workshop entitled ((How to market yourself in the labor market)).
The workshop targeted a group of college students, fourth-year students in particular. Through it, the trainer ((Bassim Al-Idrisi)), the director of the training and development department at the Schwlar institution, tried to put forward a practical model in the method of students marketing themselves according to the logic of the market and its tools, stressing the need to work on developing their abilities at the intellectual and psycho-emotional levels, because it will come with unprecedented results.
He also raised the idea of activating social media to promote their specializations, and the workshop aims to impose a strong presence in the labor market. Attention to appearance was among the remarkable and exciting proposals to support marketing and refer to it as a technical art that is reported in the students' communication with their customers and employers alike.
