The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul Sahib, valued the efforts made by the President of Basrah University, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, in the Scientific Innovations Exhibition.
This appreciation came as a result of the efforts made by the university president in the exhibition of scientific innovations held by the ministry.
