The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Strategic Planning, entitles (the role of strategic planning in achieving institutional excellence, an applied study in the Directorate of Communications and Informatics in Basra).
The purpose of the student Haitham Aboud Sultan’s research is to identify the nature of the problem represented by how workers perceive the nature of the role of strategic planning in achieving institutional excellence.
The researcher recommended that the directorate realize the importance of the directorate’s internal and external environmental analysis and the importance of that analysis in determining the priorities of infrastructure projects.
