The University of Basrah, in cooperation with the British Consul's work team, has launched an IELTS test center for the English language, located in the Multimedia Center in the College of Arts in Bab Al-Zubair Colleges Complex.
This achievement comes as a result of the great efforts made by the two parties and the technical team to prepare all the requirements for obtaining this certificate, starting from organizing in-person and electronic courses and performing exams and ending with obtaining the documented and approved certificate.
It is worth mentioning that (IELTS) tests are one of the most important electronic tests that are passed using the computer and required within the conditions of admission in international universities to complete the study and obtain entry (Visa), and that the launch of the center will provide a distinguished service to the south of our dear country.
