The simulation court sessions were concluded at the College of Law at the University of Basrah to train students of the third stage of morning and evening studies at the college.
The simulation court session, headed by Judge Dr. Falah Al-Tamimi, included the public court procedures before the college students, by adopting the live broadcasting technique in transmitting the trial proceedings to all classrooms. These sessions aim to train students for the morning and evening studies on how to plead and make judgments in various cases.
The supervisor of the simulated court, Dr. Munqith Abdel Reda, indicated that the simulation court is a scenario that simulates the reality of pleadings in the courts, where students play the roles of judges, lawyers and defendants.
