The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basrah organized the comprehensive exhibition of academic sculpture for the morning studies.
The exhibition, which was held in the Great Exhibition Hall of the College of Fine Arts, included 28 artworks executed with clay and gypsum, including prominent and stereoscopic sculpture, and several different topics, including the Iraqi marshes, crafts, motherhood and portraiture.
The exhibition aims to highlight the artistic productions by studying academic sculpture. In this exhibition, the students seek to show a great deal of the aesthetic energies with which their products are done in an academic way that suits the aesthetic and artistic curriculum.
