The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basrah organized a training and development course on management and work ethics in human resources management.
The course aims to define basic issues to understand the tasks and role of human resource management, which is one of the basic functions of organizing the business of managing any organization.
The course, which was presented by Dr. Mezher Abdel-Sada Hanin, included vocabulary on how to divide the position and responsibilities, analyze, describe and design jobs, plan the work force and attract workers through selection, appointment, compensation, reward, job evaluation, incentives and motivation.
In the end, the session demonstrated the necessity of social relations between individuals and workers, mutual respect, application of human resources management laws and the best way to accomplish business in order to advance in achieving the goals of the organization.
