Director of the Public Relations and Media Department, Dr. Adel Jabbar Hussein, announced the completion of the work on the airstrip of the University Teaching Hospital of Basrah University, which is one of the most important health sector projects in Basra Governorate.
It is worth mentioning that the project of the specialized university hospital located in the Al-Baradiyah area in the center of the governorate includes 446 beds and consists of 12 floors. It will include consulting clinics, medical and scientific departments, and advanced laboratories.
The Specialized Hospital is the first hospital of its kind to be completed with these specifications in the governorate, indicating that if it is completed, it will contribute to providing great scientific and advanced medical services to the people of Basra.
