The College of Education, Qurna, at the University of Basra, organized a symposium entitled The World Wide Web and its correct use.
The symposium demonstrated the need to use the Internet properly and to combat the phenomenon of electronic extortion by different groups of young men and women, and emphasized the role of the family and the law in eliminating this phenomenon.
The symposium included various information in which many matters were mentioned, including personal and school hygiene, taking care of public money, helping the needy, and other life matters.
