The College of Dentistry at the University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture on the roof of the mouth in forensic dentistry, delivered by Dr. Majid Muhammad Refaat.
The lecture showed the importance of the great role of the anatomical parts inside the human mouth, which is no less important than the role of fingerprints in revealing the identity of people, as proven in many recently published researches in most countries of the world.
The lecture aims to explain the modern ways to identify the remains of people after the occurrence of natural disasters or accidents.
