The Human Development Unit at the University of Basrah held a protocol for the opening of the professional trainers course for Al-Manara Camp, in the presence of Be the Lighthouse team and a number of students.
The goal of establishing Al-Manara summer camp is to create job opportunities and projects for the trainees to be entrepreneurs and a beacon for others, and also to reduce unemployment, which leads to the recovery of the country's economy.
The official of the Human Development Unit at the University of Basrah and the international trainer, Mahmoud Miqdad Al-Basri, stated that the Al-Manara training camp is considered a sublime message to Athar Khaled and develops the skills of the participants to supplement the labor market.
Al-Basri added that the training course (Reading with Enjoyment) is supported by the President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and it will be printed in the university's printing press and distributed to the rest of the universities in the near future.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Manara camp develops the capabilities of the participants and creates a conscious generation of them that succeeds in managing their affairs and focuses on the seven aspects of life, such as the spiritual aspect, the health aspect, the personal aspect, the aspect of family and social relations, as well as the professional aspect, the material aspect, as well as the entertainment aspect.
The specialties of the camp have leadership in the labor market and constitute a step towards establishing projects, including preparing trainers, language teaching courses, design and programming, as well as beauty, barbering, cooking, trading in the stock market, marketing and risk management, as well as sports and programming car computers.
