The Undersecretary of the Supreme Religious Authority in Najaf, Sheikh Muhammad al-Hasnawi, honored the Assistant President of Basrah University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ali Hussein with the Shield of Excellence and Creativity on the occasion of his assumption of the position and in the presence of the President of the University, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi.
