The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Basrah discussed a master's thesis in accounting titled ((the role of outsourcing strategy in reducing costs and improving performance)) - an applied study at the University of Basrah.
The researcher Iman Kazem Al-Dahhi’s thesis aims to study the outsourcing strategy in the government service sector and to identify the extent of its practice in the higher education sector and its contribution to reducing costs and improving performance.
The study concluded that the use of this strategy contributes to saving money and time by reducing the need to control daily operations and to interfere with the minute details of non-essential activities in the university.
