The staff of the University of Basrah continue to provide distinguished quality services to the visitors of Imam Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein, peace be upon him, in Holy Karbala, through a group of medical detachments in cooperation with the Seven Sanabel Charitable Medical Complexes and Al-Ameed University College, under the supervision of the President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi.
Hammadi told the official website that the university’s independent medical detachments, or those joint with the Seven Sanabel Charitable Medical Complexes and other formations, provide quality medical services to visitors until the last visitor leaves the land of martyrdom and redemption.
Hammadi stated that the convoy of medical detachments, which included dozens of cadres and more than 100 trainee students, was prepared by the university, as well as hundreds of volunteers from our students, to secure the visit in coordination with the Al-Abbas Combat Division.
The medical services provided by the university’s logistical convoy (in cooperation with Seven Sanabel Complexes) include all emergency and necessary medical needs, as well as providing important advice and guidance to visitors, especially with the climate of high temperatures and the millions of people gathered around the shrine of Abu Al-Ahrar, peace be upon him.
It is worth mentioning that the University of Basrah this year provided the largest service participation since the first visitor set out for Holy Karbala.
