A teacher from Basrah University lectures in an Asian training course
Assistant Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and Professor of Sports Injuries at the University of Basrah, Professor Dr. Kamel Shanin Manahi, lectured in the Asian training course, Class C, which was held by the Iraqi Football Federation, Basrah Branch.
Manahi gave a lecture on sports injuries to which football players are exposed, methods of prevention, in addition to the recovery process after injury, as well as the correct performance that protects players from injury.
Manahi is also considered one of the qualified professors and has a long career in the field of sports injury science. He has supervised and discussed many master’s theses and doctoral dissertations and participated in many conferences and scientific and training courses.
For his part, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, pointed out, “Our colleague, Professor Dr. Kamel Shanin, has a major role in the advancement of the College because of his outstanding knowledge and ability to convey information, and this resulted from his long experience and extensive experience, and this is the duty of our College and its professors to provide cooperation to the various sports federations in Basra.”
