The University of Basra participates in the cultural week held at the University of Khuzestan in Iran The College of Fine Arts at the University of Basra participated in the cultural week held between the University of Basra and the Khuzestan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Participation included the opening of a fine arts exhibition and an artistic workshop for free drawing and Arabic calligraphy by teachers and students.
