Avicenna E-learning Center in university of Basrah published an electronic guideline on how to make massive open online courses (MOOC).
The purpose behind this guideline is to direct the teachers on how to publish important lectures and training courses under the terms of a certain academy.
It included general instructions such as courses scheduling, preparation procedure, copyrights identification while creating the course as well as highlighting the approved standard display paradigm.
