The College of Medicine at University of Basra hosted the competitive examination of applying to the obesity specialist certificate in Iraq and the center of Basrah for the Arab Board of Health Specializations.
Several students from different governorates of Iraq participated in the exam, and the committee of the exam included a group of supervising doctors. This hosting came within the cooperation frameworks between the College of Medicine and the training centers, since Basrah is on the top list of study centers in the field of obesity and metabolism.
