The central control room at the Avicenna Center for E-Learning followed up the process of the second course attendance and electronic exams for students of undergraduate studies at the university, with the presence and supervision of the university president, Dr. Saad Shahin Hammadi, his scientific assistant, Dr. Zaki Abdullah Ahmed, and members of the ministerial team for e-learning, through the means of visual communication.
The President of the University has recorded a direct visit (online) to the electronic and attendance classes, directed questions to the examination committees, teachers and students, and supported them to ensure the achievement of solid scientific outputs that take into account the highest quality standards in e-learning.
The official of the control room and director of the center, Dr. Uday Bashir Issa, said that the university used many platforms to administer and monitor the exams, including the university’s (E-Learning) platform, the (Moodle) platform, and the (Google classroom) platform, as well as the use of supportive simultaneous video communication programs such as (Zoom) application, (Google meet) application and (Google form) application to effectively complete electronic exams.
