The University of Basrah, represented by its esteemed President, the respected University Council, and all its affiliated colleges and departments, extends its heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the *Great Achievement Ceremony* held today at 9:00 PM, under the direct supervision of the respected University President and in the presence of the honorable Governor of Basrah.
The launch of this project — *Basrah University Specialized Hospital* — stems from a strategic vision adopted by the University of Basrah years ago. Now, we are approaching the moment of its official operation in the near future, God willing.
This hospital embodies a model of collaboration between the *Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / University of Basrah* and *Basrah Governorate*, aiming to deliver advanced medical, therapeutic, and healthcare services worthy of the people of Basrah and reflecting the university’s role as a pioneering academic institution committed to community service.
Furthermore, university staff will benefit from special services and facilities within this important establishment. We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to making this project a reality.
