· Born in 1969, in Basrah, Iraq.
· Graduated from college of medicine, university of Basrah on July 1993, with average grade of good.
· Spent two years “from oct. 1993 to oct. 1995 “as house officer in Basrah teaching hospital & Basrah general hospital.
· During this period, complex six months of training in medicine under the supervision of Dr. Sarkees K. Strak “FRCP” & Dr. Sadiq Shareef “FRCP”.
· Joined the training programs with view to obtain the fellowship of Iraqi Commission for medical specializaXons” Internal Medicine” & fellowship of Arab board in internal medicine, on Oct. 1995 at Baghdad teaching Hospital – Medical City.
