دكتوراة في فيزياء النانوتكنولوجي (النقطة الكمية), بدرجة أستاذ. يدرس حاليا طلبة الدراسات الأولية و الدراسات العليا في قسم الفيزياء - كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة - جامعة البصرة. لديه العديد من البحوث و كتاب ضمن الأختصاص الدقيق, شارك بالعديد من المؤتمرات العلمية. خرج العديد من طلبة الدراسات العليا . مقيم علمي لعدد من المجلات العالمية كما قوم الكثير من الرسائل و الأطاريح ضمن الأختصاص.
